The difference between basic AI leverage and expert AI leverage may increasingly come down to human judgment - knowing where AI can add value, how to shape its role, and where human authority still matters.

That is the challenge we are bringing to life in our upcoming open workshop:

Orchestrating AI with Human Judgment

Developing judgment to guide, challenge, and amplify AI

In this experiential workshop, participants will step into a Decision AI simulation that replicates an AI-enabled business workflow. They will have to redesign and orchestrate how AI and humans work together.

They will grapple with four questions:

IDENTIFY: Where can AI create value - and where is human judgment needed?

DESIGN: How should the logic, workflow, and boundaries be designed?

EVALUATE: Can the AI's decisions be trusted - and where should they be questioned?

AUTHORIZE: Where should human authority and accountability ultimately sit?

There is no passive learning or lecture to follow. Participants make these decisions themselves, experience the trade-offs, and see the consequences of their choices inside the simulation.

A hands-on experience to build one of the most relevant new capabilities for an AI-powered workplace: the judgment to orchestrate AI well.
